Look at it. It's not red.

Kinja'd!!!

It's olive-green. And I want it. You should too, and here's why: It's beautiful, and would just be gaudy in Rosso Corso. Like, Ew, another red Ferrari? Blegh. This muted green, however, is intriguing and will, most certainly, bring some hate from the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! of this world. Pissing off the Rods brings me great pleasure and joy.

And then there is the reason most people buy a Ferrari: attention. Yep, people buy them for attention . They want to get noticed . They want people to be jealous of them. Because, lets face it, that's pretty much in line with the current corporate douchebaggery™. A green Ferrari says the same thing as a blue Ferrari: "I have good taste and bought a Ferrari because it is interesting, fun to drive, and classy." When was the last time you head someone describe the Ferrari ownership experience as " classy" ? Well, maybe !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! or !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but that's besides the point.

Those of you with inferior knowledge of classic Ferraris are thinking: "Wow! Look at that! It's a green 250 SWB California Spider Mk2! Why would someone repaint a classic Ferrari!?!?!?!?" Well, I'm sorry to burst your bubble - wait, no I'm not - but Ferraris used to be ordered in other colors than red. If you need to take a moment, I'll wait.

Done? Cool. Well this is actually a 1960 Ferrari 400 Superamerica SWB Cabriolet by Pinin Farina (No, I didn't spell Pininfarina wrong. Look it up) and RM is putting it across the block at this year's Amelia Island auction in March.

That's right. It's for sale and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

I have always loved the GT250 in black as well. That green is so classy!

That would be most inappropriate. Rod would want at least $10k off for that.

It is gorgeous. There is a blue 330 that comes to our cars and coffee. I like blue, my old Merc is blue. But if I was Leno I would have a green in there too. But there are some amazing green Ferraris for sure. The pale green is nice, Daytona is pretty too.

YES! A green 365 GTC/4 is possibly one of the most unloved or underrated Ferraris ever, excluding the Mondial, because who really likes the Mondial?
